	LINEAR STAGES

	This low profile linear positioning stage is used for small incremental movements. 	PCR43
	This vertically compact linear positioning stage is used for small incremental movements. 	PLG SERIES

	POF115
	A two-axis, large aperture open frame positioning stage. Applications include wafer inspection, scanning microscopy, lithography and precision assembly. * Travels from 100 to 300 mm per axis * Loads to 100 kg * Accurate to +/- 4 microns * Repeatable to +/- 2 microns * Class 10 cleanroom option
	PZA25
	A wedge elevator stage ideal for small vertical movements. Applications include semiconductor inspection fiber optics assembly and machine vision applications. * Travels up to 25 mm * Loads to 10 kg * Accurate to +/- 3 microns * Repeatable to +/- 3 microns * Class 10 cleanroom option
	ROTARY STAGES
	PDR210
	The largest of the PDR Series, it offers greater load capacity and PLG210 mounting options. Applications include semiconductor wafer inspection, high speed laser machining & precision metrology. * Travels 360 degrees * Loads to 30 kg (axial) & 15 kg (radial) * Accurate to +/- 30 arc-seconds * Repeatable to +/- 2 counts (bi-directional) * Brushless servo drivetrain * Class 10 cleanroom option
	PFR225
	The larger PFR225 can carry heavier loads and gives greater repeatability. 	PLR77

	The largest PLR has a low profile and can handle heavy loads while maintaining small, stiff angular movements. 	MDC1800
	A multi-axis system in a 6U tall chassis with an integrated Galil high performance motion control card included. 	MDM2200
	Integrated motor stepper drive suitable for driving larger motors than the National Instruments MID-760X. For use with 1-4 axis configurations. * Interfaces directly to National Instruments    motion motorcontrollers with NI's SCH68-C68-S    cables * Comes with up to 5 amp continuous stepper    drive (vs. 1.4 motoramps in NI MID-760X)
